Join us for March Monthly Member Meeting/Luncheon in-person at the Hilton Phoenix Airport.
Register by 10 pm 3/4 to avoid the late fee. Registration officially closes Monday 3/7.
This meeting will be solely in-person and attendance numbers may be limited.

Speakers-

MJ Gomathi, FMP, CFM

MJ served IFMA as a Greater Phoenix Student Chapter member from 2017 till 2018. After graduating, she moved to a Young Professional membership, serving the Greater Phoenix Professional Chapter as Chair of the Education Committee. She now serves as Chapter Vice President of Professional Development.

MJ is an accomplished and results-driven Facilities Management Leader with expertise in building and leading effective approaches for preventative maintenance, systems assessments, safety, and capital improvement projects. She is a Certified Facilities Manager, Facility Management Professional, and LEED Green Associate.

She has expertise in leading examinations of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing, to guide the development of cost estimates for maintenance and capital initiatives. With Faithful + Gould, executed assessments for over 4 million square feet of private and government property.

She demonstrates a record of success, establishing relationships and delivering results in a series of positions with Faithful + Gould, the City of Tempe, Arizona State University, and Ramdevs Motors.

Patrick Okamura, CFM, SFP,
FMP, IFMA Fellow

Patrick has been involved in the facility management profession for more than 35 years, and is currently a facility manager for BAE Systems Phoenix, Arizona. Patrick has been a certified IFMA instructor for over 20 years and has instructed IFMA courses throughout the US. Patrick is a Chapter Past President as well as an IFMA Fellow, and is a member of the International Credentials Commission and numerous IFMA committees, tasks forces and involvement groups.
